【序論】
本論文では、カントの道徳哲学における自由の概念とその意義について論じる。カントは自由を人間の道徳的な行動において中心的な概念として位置づけ、行動の根拠としての道徳法則を自由の原理として提示した。本論文では、まず最初にカントの道徳哲学の基礎となる「自由意志」という概念について説明する。次に、自由意志が道徳的な自律性を実現するために必要な条件であるというカントの主張について考察する。さらに、カントの道徳的な自由の概念が倫理的な判断と責任にどのように関連しているのかを明らかにする。また、カントの自由の意義についても論じ、自由が人間の尊厳と普遍的な道徳法則との関係にどのように結びついているのかを検討する。最後に、カントの自由の概念が現代社会においてどのように活用されているか、またその意義と限界について考察する。本論文を通じて、カントの道徳哲学の基盤となる自由の概念とその意義を深く理解することを目指す。

In this paper, I will discuss the concept of freedom in Kant’s moral philosophy and its significance. Kant positions freedom as a central concept in human moral action and presents the principle of morality as the basis for action. In this paper, I will first explain the concept of “free will,” which forms the foundation of Kant’s moral philosophy. Next, I will examine Kant’s claim that free will is necessary for achieving moral autonomy. I will also clarify how Kant’s concept of moral freedom is related to ethical judgment and responsibility. Furthermore, I will discuss the significance of Kant’s concept of freedom and explore how freedom is connected to human dignity and universal moral laws. Lastly, I will examine how Kant’s concept of freedom is utilized in contemporary society and discuss its significance and limitations. Through this paper, I aim to deepen our understanding of the concept of freedom as the foundation of Kant’s moral philosophy and its significance.
