【序論】
本論文では、マズローの欲求5段階説における階層の再評価と新たな視点について検討を行う。マズローの欲求5段階説は、人間の欲求が物理的なニーズから精神的な成長へと進化していくという理論であり、社会科学や経営学分野で広く受け入れられてきた。しかし、近年の研究により、欲求の階層構造や関連性に対する新たな考え方が提案されている。本論文では、マズローの欲求5段階説の階層構造や欲求の関係性についての従来の理解を検討し、その妥当性を再評価する。また、新たな視点として、社会的な要素や文化的な差異が欲求の階層構造に与える影響についても考察する。最終的に、本研究がマズローの欲求5段階説の理解の深化に寄与し、さらなる研究の基礎を提供することを目指す。

In this paper, we examine the re-evaluation of the hierarchy and a new perspective in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory proposes that human needs evolve from physiological needs to psychological growth, and it has been widely accepted in the fields of social sciences and management. However, recent studies have suggested new ideas regarding the hierarchy and relationships of needs. In this paper, we examine the conventional understanding of the hierarchy and relationships of needs in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and re-evaluate its validity. Additionally, we explore the impact of social factors and cultural differences on the hierarchy of needs as a new perspective. Ultimately, this study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and provide a foundation for further research.
【結論】
本論文の結論として、マズローの欲求5段階説の階層構造や欲求の関係性に対する従来の理解を再評価し、新たな視点を提案した。研究により、社会的な要素や文化的な差異が欲求の階層構造に与える影響を考察し、その妥当性を検討した。結果として、マズローの欲求5段階説は適切な基礎理論であることが確認されたが、新たな視点や要素も考慮する必要があることが明らかになった。これにより、マズローの理論の適用範囲や深化に寄与し、さらなる研究の基礎を提供することが確認された。今後の研究では、複数の要素や文化間の比較も含めたより包括的な分析が必要であり、これらの視点を加えた新たな理論的枠組みの構築に向けた研究が重要であることが示された。
