【本論】
The purpose of this study is to investigate in detail the establishment of the Ishii-Lansing Agreement and its impact in order to provide new insights in the field of international relations and international law. The Ishii-Lansing Agreement was a significant treaty concluded between Japan and the United States in the early 20th century, which had a profound impact on the diplomatic relations between the two countries. In this study, we will analyze diverse literature materials to clarify the background, process of conclusion, content, and subsequent implementation of the agreement. Furthermore, we will examine in detail the impacts brought about by the conclusion of the agreement. In particular, we will focus on the effects on domestic politics in Japan, the relationship with the United States, and the international perspective. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable information for researchers and policymakers interested in international relations, international law, and Japan-US relations.
