【序論】
イベントは、地域の経済に重要な影響を与えるとされ、多くの研究がその経済効果を評価することに取り組んできた。しかし、これまでの研究では、多くがイベントが持続可能な形で地域発展に貢献するかどうかに焦点を当てておらず、その評価指標も一貫性に欠けるという課題がある。本論文では、イベントスタディを用いて経済効果を評価し、さらに持続可能なイベントの推進についても考察する。具体的には、イベントの経済効果や地域経済に与える影響を分析し、持続可能性の評価には環境、社会、経済の３つの側面を考慮する。これにより、地域の経済活性化のみならず、環境保護や地域住民の生活改善にも寄与する持続可能なイベントの実現に向けた具体的な施策を提案する。本研究の成果は、イベント主催者や地域開発担当者にとって貴重な参考情報となることが期待される。

In the past, many studies have focused on evaluating the economic effects of events, which are considered to have a significant impact on the local economy. However, these studies have not focused on whether events contribute to sustainable regional development, and their evaluation indicators lack consistency. In this paper, we use event study to evaluate the economic effects of events and further consider the promotion of sustainable events. Specifically, we analyze the economic effects of events and their impact on the local economy, and evaluate sustainability by considering three aspects: environmental, social, and economic. By doing so, we not only aim to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy but also propose specific measures to achieve sustainable events that contribute to environmental protection and the improvement of the residents’ lives. The results of this study are expected to be valuable reference information for event organizers and regional development practitioners.

結論: 本研究はイベントスタディを通じて経済効果の評価と持続可能なイベントの推進に取り組んだ。結果として、イベントが地域の経済活性化に貢献するだけでなく、環境保護や地域住民の生活改善にも寄与する持続可能なイベントの実現に向けた具体的な施策を提案した。これにより、イベント主催者や地域開発担当者にとって貴重な参考情報となり、持続可能な地域発展に向けた道筋を示すことができる。地域の経済活性化と持続可能性の両立を追求するために、研究成果を活用して具体的な政策や戦略を展開することが求められる。
